1. Who we are

Daily Duels is operated by SEDDEV ("we", "us", "our"). For any questions about this policy, contact us at sam@seddev.co.uk.

2. Information we collect

Account data: When you create an account we collect your email address and display name.

Game data: We store your game scores, attempt history, streaks and daily totals so they appear on leaderboards and in your profile.

Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. We receive your Stripe customer ID and subscription status so we can grant entitlements.

Usage data: We may collect basic analytics such as page views and device type to improve the service.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide and maintain the Daily Duels service
  • To display your scores on public leaderboards
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To send service-related emails (e.g. password resets)
  • To improve the service and fix bugs

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform:

  • Supabase - authentication and database hosting
  • Stripe - payment processing
  • Vercel - website hosting and analytics

5. Data retention

We retain your account and game data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised scores may be retained for leaderboard integrity.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also request a copy of your data. Contact sam@seddev.co.uk to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. Third-party ad partners may set their own cookies if ads are displayed.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Daily Duels after changes constitutes acceptance.
